Different organizations at different times. Currently, May 2012, Wirth Coop is trying to win a grant.

Who is Refresh The Northside?

Refresh the Northside is simply a website and online effort to rally northsiders in support of organizations in online voting contest (currently focused on refresheverything.com). It is run by Ariah Fine, who maintains InsideNorthside.org as well.
